To explore consumer attitudes and behaviours that are influencing choice of venue and choice of product, within hospitality venues, for the growing low & no category.

Our Approach

An in-depth quantitative study of a nationally representative sample of UK adults (18+). To provide critical insight on the low and no category, from a customers’ perspective. We are seeing consumers’ relationship with alcohol changing and patterns of how we socialise evolving. The research dives deeper into what has changed and looks ahead to the new customer trends for 2024 and beyond.

The Outcome

A comprehensive category report into the low & no category. How the consumer profile has evolved over the yeas and what are the attitudes and behaviours that are driving the growth in the category. Exploring the triggers and barriers to purchase, the key influencing opportunities for brands across the customer journey and providing clear actionable recommendations to operators and brands about how to succeed and grow their share of the prize.
