Insight & Marketing Executive

We’re looking for an Insight & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
The role will primarily be to support across the KAM Insight & Marketing teams. Working alongside the Insight Director and Marketing Director to support with both research projects for clients and also generate insight-led content to amplify both the KAM and our clients' brands.

Desirable skills
- Analytical with the ability to find compelling stories from data
- Creative with an eye for design
- Strong writing skills with the ability to write interesting and engaging copy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Project management skills – able to work across multiple projects/tasks at any one time, with good time management, delegation and planning skills
- Competent across PowerPoint, Excel, Canva/Adobe (and other design tools), website tools (e.g. WordPress, Square Space, etc.)
- Video content skills desirable but not mandatory
- A love for the hospitality industry (this can be cultivated!)
- A passion for uncovering trends and insights from data
Research & Insight team support to include, but not limited to:
- Third-party fieldwork agency management
- Providing fieldwork costs and methodology recommendations for sales proposals
- Questionnaire design creation
- Data checking
- Management of data dashboard (including scripting, data design and management)
- Insight deck creation (PowerPoint)
- Insight whitepapers & report design and copy (using Canva)
Marketing team support to include, but not limited to:
- Creating social posts
- Creating content social – infographics, graphics, videos
- LinkedIn newsletter
- E-shot design & copywriting
- Website updates and blogs
- Website and social metrics reporting
- Events support / management
- Support in driving our social and newsletter following
Commercial team support to include, but not limited to:
- Assistance with results presentations to clients
- Pulling specific data to support sales stories
- Collating and writing case studies
- Keeping sales decks and product one-pagers up to date
- Desk research on prospective clients
Salary
£28-32k pro-rata (part-time or full-time role considered)
Location
Predominantly home-based with some travel into London for team meetings and industry event (approx once a week.)
