State of Social is the first industry-wide benchmarking report dedicated to social media metrics. Delivered by Kitch and KAM, the report captures critical data and insights for UK hospitality operators.

WHAT HAVE WE COOKED UP for 2026?
This year 68 hospitality brands completed an online survey, capturing 35 social metrics across three platforms, along with responses to 25 additional questions about how brands manage social within their businesses. This year, we delved deeper into the paid side of social media, the role of AI and a new section on LinkedIn as well as gathering critical benchmarking data on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok performance metrics.
We are currently anaylysing the data and in January 2026 contributors will receive a detailed summary of the benchmark data and we'll share the topline findings in a FREE report for the benefit of the whole industry.
