MULTI-METHODOLOGY APPROACH TO KEY STRATEGIC RESEARCH PROJECT

Hall & Woodhouse set out to review their Managed House business model and create a compelling Guest Value Proposition that delivers sustainable value for the guest and the business; up to and beyond 2027.

Our Approach

Combining 5 separate research projects into one succinct insight delivery. Including quantitative research with 10,000 of their customers, a large-scale macro consumer survey to add the UK consumer context. Wider market analysis of the market and future trends, alongside qualitative depth interviews with industry leaders and modelling of future consumer demographic profiles.

The Outcome

We developed a clear understanding of what was and was not working with H&W’s current value proposition through the eyes of the current guest, how this compares with competitors and other industry leaders, and how this needs to evolve to meet the needs and wants of the future guest and future trends. We translated these learnings into a clear operational implementation roadmap detailing what stays and what goes, what needs to evolve and what we need to invent in order to be ‘fit for purpose’ for the future.

KAM were a pleasure to work with.
