Participating brands will be emailed a detailed report in January, outlining all requested benchmark metrics for the industry.
The wider industry will only have access to a topline summary report.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Download our data points PDF and gather your metrics.
- Submit a survey for each brand you manage by 30th November 2024. Note, that you can save entries in progress before submitting.
- All the data you submit will remain anonymised and used solely to generate industry benchmarks for the State of Social report. Read our privacy statement below.
- KAM and Kitch will collect the data and prepare the State of Social benchmarking report.
- Contributors will be emailed a detailed report, outlining all requested benchmark metrics for the industry.
- A topline summary report will be published for the wider industry.
- Keep your eyes peeled for State of Social launch events and future activations.

You will require access to the following for each brand you are submitting data for:
- In-app Instagram Insights
- Facebook Insights on desktop
- In-app TikTok Business Suite Analytics
- Website traffic from social
- Topline social media management budget allocation

We have ensured it is as easy as possible, but there may be some metrics you cannot submit, please skip to the next question in this instance. We anticipate each survey to take 30 minutes to complete. Remember, you can save entries in progress before submitting.
