In November 2024, 62 hospitality brands completed an online survey, capturing 35 social metrics across three platforms, along with responses to 25 additional questions about how brands manage social within their businesses. While contributors have received a detailed summary of the benchmark data, we’re excited to share the topline findings in a FREE report.
Now we're ready to kick off the bigger and better 2026 research. The more people who participate in the State of Social survey, the more valuable the data will become.
